Norma Leaf
Teen Board Engagement Coordinator
I am passionate about Teens with Trauma's mission to inspire hope, ignite resilience, and empower healing for teenage survivors of sexual abuse. As a therapist myself, I see the healing power of therapy and believe that every individual should be able to receive care. I look forward to continuing to support Teens with Trauma and I find value in working collaboratively with the HOPE team.

Faith Turner
Director of Volunteers
I am deeply passionate about youth safety, advocacy, and mental health. I wanted to align myself with an organization that embodies my values and creates safe spaces for young people who often feel overlooked. My goal is to amplify the voices that go unheard and empower the youth to reclaim their narratives.

Elia Cullum
Operations & Branding Specialist
Our work is critically important, as our teens need us. As a therapist, it is my obligation to advocate and create safe spaces for our community. Being a volunteer for Teens With Trauma is an honor.

Nicole Obe
Operations & Gratitude Director
I am driven by a deep commitment to mental health, believing that every teen deserves the opportunity to heal and that trauma doesn't have to define their future. I believe that mental well-being is the foundation for personal growth, and I am dedicated to working with Teens With Trauma as we provide the support and resources necessary for survivors to thrive.

Renee Best
School-based Volunteer Engagement Coordinator
I believe every human has the right to heal. I value tremendously the work that TWT does to provide trauma-informed no-cost therapy to survivors of sexual abuse. With early intervention in a safe supportive space, true healing is really possible! Everyone deserves the chance to better their mental health and I'm grateful to have some small role in getting teenagers excited about helping and advocating for their fellow teens.

Michelle Padva
Copy & Communications Specialist
Therapy can be life-changing and even life-saving, but it's not always easy to access - whether due to cost or finding the right therapist. I believe in TWT's mission to provide free, expert-led therapy for young survivors of sexual abuse and to foster a strong, supportive community where they can connect with their peers to find hope and healing.
